Customer Service & CommunicationInteract professionally with clients to provide flight options, fare quotes, and travel advice.Respond to queries regarding baggage rules, flight schedules, and visa requirements.Handle customer complaints and resolve booking issues promptly.Maintain high levels of courtesy, patience, and professionalism in all communications. 3.
