Foster a positive work environment and ensure effective communication among team members. Conduct performance reviews and provide staff feedback, coaching, and development opportunities. Oversee the management of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods inventory. Ensure that products meet quality specifications and standards. Implement quality control measures and address any quality-related issues.
