Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMJob ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Support & Order Verification Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer communication after orders are placed on our Shopify website.Your responsibilities include:* Verify customer orders received through Shopify.* Contact customers via WhatsApp or phone to confirm their delivery address before dispatch.* Ask customers to verify whether the shipping address entered on the website is correct.* Update the address in the system if the customer requests any changes.* Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure orders are shipped to the correct address.* Handle customer queries related to orders, shipping, delivery, warranty, returns, and after-sales support.* Respond to customer messages professionally and promptly.* Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and order updates.Requirements* Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.* Comfortable using WhatsApp, Shopify, and basic computer applications.* Ability to communicate politely and solve customer queries.* Strong attention to detail to avoid address and shipping errors.* Responsible, organized, and able to work independently from home.Preferred Skills* Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is an advantage.* Experience with Shopify, WhatsApp Business, or order management is preferred but not mandatory.
