The role requires providing accurate information, resolving queries, and ensuring a professional and satisfactory customer experience.Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and assist customers with queries and complaint registration.Provide end-to-end resolution with high accuracy and ensure First Time Right (FTR).Stay updated with banking products, services, and standard operating procedures.Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.Maintain documentation of interactions and follow process guidelines.Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass, OR3-year Diploma after 10th, ORAny higher qualificationTechnical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS OfficeTyping speed: 15 WPM with 85% accuracySpecific Skills: Good communication skillsProblem-solving abilityCustomer-focused mindsetAbility to adapt to process changesWorking ConditionsWorking Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational week off)Shift Duration: 9 hours including breaksShift Timings: Males: 247 rotational shiftsFemales: Between 6 AM to 6 PM (Any 9 hours)
