job summary
the customer service associate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking services. the role requires providing accurate information, resolving queries, and ensuring a professional and satisfactory customer experience.
key responsibilities
handle inbound calls and assist customers with queries and complaint registration.
provide end-to-end resolution with high accuracy and ensure first time right (ftr).
stay updated with banking products, services, and standard operating procedures.
communicate professionally and effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
maintain documentation of interactions and follow process guidelines.
eligibility criteria
educational qualification:
minimum 12th pass, or
3-year diploma after 10th, or
any higher qualification
technical skills:
basic knowledge of ms office
typing speed: 15 wpm with 85% accuracy

working conditions
working days: 6 days a week (1 rotational week off)
shift duration: 9 hours including breaks
shift timings:
males: 24×7 rotational shifts
