Ensure positive customer experience on every call. 5. Data Accuracy & Documentation Update CRM with correct call dispositions. Capture all required lead details without errors. Maintain proper notes for follow-ups and call backs. 6. Adherence & Discipline Follow shift timings, break schedules, and attendance policies. Maintain dialer/login adherence. Be available during working hours with minimal idle time. 7. Performance Improvement Act on feedback shared by TL/QC.Improve call quality, conversion rate, and communication skills.Participate in training and coaching sessions.8.
