About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Solar Sales Representative to promote and sell solar energy solutions for the Australian market. This role offers strong earning potential, flexible work arrangements, and the opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding renewable energy business.
You will be responsible for engaging with customers, closing solar sales, and supporting the end-to-end sales process while working closely with internal installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate, qualify, and close solar sales leads for the Australian market
* Conduct customer consultations via phone/video calls
* Explain solar products, pricing, and benefits to customers
* Prepare and present solar proposals and quotations
* Follow up with leads to achieve sales targets
* Coordinate with installation teams for smooth order execution
* Maintain accurate sales records and customer data
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements
* Experience in solar sales or energy sales (preferred)
* Understanding of the Australian solar market is an advantage
* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated and results-oriented approach
* Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup
