Communicate effectively in English and Hindi to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions. Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities through consultative selling. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, demos, and conversions. Handle objections and queries professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve product positioning and messaging.Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service. Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Tech-friendly: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in selling SaaS or tech products is a plus. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
