• collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

• provide feedback on customer interactions to improve product positioning and messaging.

required skills & qualifications:

• minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.

• fluency in both english and hindi is mandatory.
