We at Tyke are seeking a support intern to assist our support team in providing excellent customer service to our clients. the primary responsibilities of the support intern include taking incoming calls, resolving tickets on Zohodesk, and escalating complex issues to senior support staff. The support intern will also be responsible for documenting all customer interactions and ensuring that customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Take incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and support requests2. Resolve customer issues and support tickets using Zohodesk3. Escalate complex issues to senior support staff as needed4.
