We at Tyke are seeking a support intern to assist our support team in providing excellent customer service to our clients. the primary responsibilities of the support intern include taking incoming calls, resolving tickets on Zohodesk, and escalating complex issues to senior support staff. The support intern will also be responsible for documenting all customer interactions and ensuring that customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Take incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and support requests
2. Resolve customer issues and support tickets using Zohodesk
3. Escalate complex issues to senior support staff as needed
4. Document all customer interactions and update customer records in the company database
5. Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
6. Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Qualifications:
1. Currently available for 3 to 6 months work from office internship.
2. Familiarity with Zohodesk or other help desk software is preferred
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6 .Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
