This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, optimizing logistics processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management: Oversee daily air cargo operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions to enhance service delivery.Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handlers to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement.Sales Support: Assist the sales team in developing proposals, quotations, and presentations for air cargo services.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and warehouse operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in logistics or 10th and 12th pass.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
