Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Assist customers with their queries, complaints, and service requests.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information regularly.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Prepare and maintain daily reports of customer interactions.
