Job Description

we are hiring a customer support executive to join our team at growth hub. the role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. the ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.

key responsibilities:

handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.

assist customers with their queries, complaints, and service requests.

maintain accurate customer records and update information regularly.

coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.

follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.

prepare and maintain daily reports of customer interactions.

skills required:

excellent communication skills (hindi & english).

strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

basic computer knowledge (ms excel, ms word, google sheets).

ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.

time management and multitasking skills.
