BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVEAbout the RoleThe Business Development Executive will be responsible for executing Connect Inn Support Hub project and its marketing campaigns that will help Connect Inn Technologies to reach its strategic and revenue-generating goals.Qualification Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in Malayalam and possess strong troubleshooting abilities. Must possess innovative marketing Ideas initiated as per regions/local requirement Must have experience in building integrated marketing plan and conducting marketing campaigns Strong presentation and presentation design skills Ability to work independently and on own initiative. High level knowledge of the new-age marketing methods Must be open to rigorous field workResponsibilities: Develop joint relationships, initiatives, and programs for long-term success, revenue growth, and end-to-end partner engagement. Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth Implement a cohesive marketing plan in line with the Connect Inn's strategic goals Evaluate and work with external agencies on Creatives, PR and other social initiatives Prioritize marketing projects and complete the project on a stipulated time Monitor customer support, customer engagement and customer satisfaction
