Location: GoaJob Type: Full-timePay: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per monthAbout the Role:We are looking for a Goa-based Client Relationship Associate to join the Kalakriti and Orbit Decor. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for our hospitality clients across Goa, including hotels, resorts, and restaurants. You will showcase our product ranges, understand client requirements, and coordinate orders from initial enquiry through to completion.Key Responsibilities:Identify and connect with potential hospitality clients (hotels, resorts, restaurants, and cafes) across Goa.Schedule and conduct product presentation meetings with purchase managers, general managers, and key decision-makers.Present product lines from Kalakriti, including ceramic, glassware, and studio pottery collections (tableware, serveware, drinkware, and dcor).Present product lines from Orbit Decor, including banquet linen, table linen, bed & bath linen, and soft furnishings.Prepare and share quotations, follow up on incoming enquiries, and assist clients through the ordering process.Maintain organized records of client interactions, meeting outcomes, and account status.Required Skills & Experience:Prior experience in B2B client management, business development, or hospitality account handling.Good understanding of the hospitality sector and client purchasing workflows.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel locally within Goa for scheduled client visits.How to Apply:Please apply with your updated CV, indicating your current location and availability to join.Work Location: In person (Goa)
