Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (life, health, general, etc.Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking.Assist clients with policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and claims.Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, claims) to ensure smooth policy servicing.Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain records in CRM systems.Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and terms to ensure informed decisions.
