*Client Relationship Executive**Roles and Responsibilities* :1) To form strong relationship with clients; pre and post sales.2) Hold empathetic, yet professional, conversations with potential clients, andsuggest products tailored to their specific requirements3) Precisely list the items that the client has chosen, as well as the respectiveprices of products, and to send the invoice, along with any productdocumentation to the Operations Executive (if available).4) Oversee the packaging processes, ensuring quality, as well as double-checkingthat the package includes all the products and required documents.5) Contact the client after their order has been received, and converse with themabout product satisfaction. Feedback should be acknowledged respectfully andcomplaints should be documented.6) Fulfil the organization's sales target by consistently converting prospectiveclients into paying clients.*Description*:1. Workdays- Wednesday to Monday with Tuesdays off.2. Timings- 10:20am to 07:30pm with a one hour break in between.3. Full-time (work from office)4. Salary- 6 months probation (maximum 15K)* After 6 months (15-20K) + 3% incentive based on salesNote: Salary during and after probation will depend on skillset, experience and performance. *Prerequisites*: 1.
