Experience- 7 to 12 years experience in compounder machinery. Age: 32 to 45 years. Job location- Can be based in Pune, Thane OR Bengaluru. Tracking and reporting results and industry insights to the sales team. Managerial capacity- developing business plans, covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, managing marketing to do leads. Promoting the organisation and its products. Have an existing network of customer base in compounding and related products. Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasion quality. Long-term perspective, must have worked more than 5 years in one company.
