Position: Telecaller (Collection Process)Location: TurbheJob Type: Full-timeExperience: Fresher/Experience welcomeImmediate Joiners PreferredJob Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for loan collection.Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates.Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and polite manner.Address customer queries and concerns regarding loan repayment.Ensure timely and efficient collection in compliance with company policies.Key Requirements:Basic English.SSC/HSC pass or higher qualification.DRA certification is preferred, but not mandatory.Fresher candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Immediate joining preferred.Skills and Attributes:Strong communication skills (verbal in Hindi marathi and writting basic in English ).Ability to handle difficult customer situations.Good negotiation and persuasion skills.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
