Roles and Responsibility:Calling customers to sell the products by giving them brief of product prices , features and benefits and understanding their requirements etc.Handling the customers database accurately.Understanding the customer's grievance .Attracting customer by demonstrating about merchandise and services.Going out of the box to achieve future sales targets.Requirements and Skills:Proven experience in sales or customer services roles.Proficient in achieving the sales target preferably via phone calls.Excellent communication in English and Presentation skillsRelevant knowledge of computers and telephones.Qualities like negotiations and acceptance of rejections

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.-Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to understand their technical needs and offer suitable products or services.- Introduce company products/services to potential clients.- Understand customer needs, answer questions, and provide solutions.- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing on-going support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
