The role focuses on building strong lead pipelines, managing databases,supporting sales teams, and executing campaigns to increase student inquiries and enrollments.Key Roles & Responsibilities Lead Generation Activities: Generate leads via WhatsApp/Telegram groups, LinkedInoutreach, email campaigns, and social media communities while building and managing studentand professional groups for continuous lead flow. Market & Data Research: Research colleges, institutes, and target markets, identify audiencesegments, and explore new lead sources and partnership opportunities. Database Creation & Management: Collect, clean, and maintain verified lead databases withaccurate contact details and relevant information. Lead Qualification & Distribution: Filter and qualify leads before distributing them to the salesteam for timely follow-up. Sales Support Coordination: Work closely with sales teams to understand lead quality andimprove generation strategies based on conversion feedback. Campaign Execution: Execute lead-generation campaigns through email marketing, socialmedia, webinars, events, and promotional activities to increase inquiries. Performance Tracking: Monitor lead volume, quality, and campaign results while submittingweekly and monthly performance reports. Continuous Improvement: Experiment with new platforms and strategies to increase leadflow, reduce acquisition cost, and improve lead quality.Desired Candidate Profile Strong communication and outreach skills.
