Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads through cold calling or other means.
3. Convincing Power: Persuade customers to purchase products or services by showcasing their benefits.
4. Follow Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into customers.
5. Data Entry: Update and maintain customer information in Microsoft Excel or any other database.
6. Reporting: Prepare reports on call activities, lead status, and customer feedback.
Required Skills and Expectations:
1. Good communication skills in Hindi and Kannada to effectively communicate with customers.
2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel to manage and update customer data.
3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a work from home setting.
4. Strong convincing skills to influence potential customers.
5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
6. Must be a 12th pass with a strong interest in sales and marketing.
