It is a technology-based networking platform, built on three pillars - candidates, employers, and training partners. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for handling outgoing calls from the Students; resolving their issues in ShramIN App. Job description Call ITI students and provide counseling. Guide the students regarding their career decisions Provide information about the various jobs available in ShramIN App. Assist students in making profiles on ShramIN App. Organize career counseling for Blue & Grey collar. Connect with Training Partners and assist them for Mobilization. Ability to learn about our job portal Inside Out So that you have thorough knowledge to guide and help the Students in rectifying their issues. Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about ShramIN Jobs based on their interests. Follow up with the students and Training Partners in a timely manner.
