Distribute action items promptly.Office Inventory Control: Monitor and purchase office supplies, pantry inventory, and stationery. Manage relationships with administrative vendors to ensure timely service and cost-efficiency.Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotel bookings, local transport, and visa documentation.
