DescriptionJob Description:We're looking for Sales Executive who will be responsible for selling our products to Distributors / Retailers / Small Shops in rural areas. Main Role is responsible for acquiring new clients for business growth and maximize the profits of the organization by meeting the required sales targetsResponsibilities and Duties:He will be responsible to shortlist locations to drive the salesPromote current products to market and reach out customers with our offeringsConduct market research for the product movement and understanding customer needs and requirementsHe will also be responsible for driving targeted campaigns to acquire new customersSells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with all the local dealersHe will be responsible for achieving the sales targets on daily, weekly and monthly basisCoordinate with Dealers and Help out with Post SalesDesired Skills:Should be a Graduate / Diploma Holder / ITI / PUC / 10th Pass/12th passVery Strong Communication Skills Local LanguageHighly Self Driven, and should be Individual contributorStrong negotiation skillsStrong understanding on local marketGood to have any sales experience, if not fresher is fineShould have 2 wheeler with valid DL / LL along with vehicle documentsCandidate should have good communication in local languageSalary and Other details:Salary Details6 days working (Currently Sunday Fixed Off) *Timings 10am to 6:00 pm*National Holidays / Festivals Depending on the Sales and Requirements, candidate should be ready to work1. 7000 to 9000 depending on the skill set and Interview2. Incentives will be given on every quarter, based on the performance and targets (Explained in detail at the time of Interview)3. Petrol Allowance provided on daily basis, depending on the areas (Minimum 100 rupees per day)
