Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals for both mutual funds and insurance products. Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, with a focus on financial services, mutual funds, or insurance preferred. Strong understanding of mutual funds and insurance products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
