key responsibilities:

client acquisition: identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.

product knowledge: maintain comprehensive knowledge of our mutual fund and insurance offerings, staying updated on market trends and regulations.

sales presentations: conduct informative presentations and meetings to educate clients about the benefits of our products.

relationship management: develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

sales targets: meet and exceed sales goals for both mutual funds and insurance products.

market research: analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.

compliance: ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

qualifications:

bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field.

proven experience in sales, with a focus on financial services, mutual funds, or insurance preferred.

strong understanding of mutual funds and insurance products.

excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

proficiency in ms office and crm software.

relevant certifications (., amfi, nism, irda) are a plus.
