(Consists of Monthly Basic Salary + Allowances + Company contribution of PF + Premiums for Medical and Personal Accident Insurances).Variable Pay: There is potential to earn variable pay as much as fixed pay and more. Consists of Sales Incentives based on individual performance. Our Incentives are among the best in the Industry. Variable Pay is disbursed every month along with Fixed Pay. There is no upper limit on Variable Pay Earnings.Facilities and Allowances: Company shall provide Laptop and Allowance for purchase of Mobile Phone.
