Hiring For Sales Engineer

Sales Engineers 1 Position:

The ideal candidate must be:

BE Mechanical Engineering with 1 to 2 years Experience in selling of Mechanical Industrial Capital Goods / Metal Cutting Tools.

Knowledgeable about local market.

Passionate about a career in Capital Goods Sales.

A good communicator with language skills, the type who enjoys travelling and meeting people.

Must bring his own 2 wheeler for use.

Preference shall be given for candidates with (but not essential)

Experience in selling CNC machine Tools.

Knowledge of CNC lathes and their usage.

Designation: Sales Engineer.

Locations: One position in Faridabad.

Training: Selected Candidate shall be provided orientation training for our products at our factory at Bengaluru for about 15-30 days. PG accommodation at our cost during his training at Bengaluru.

Pay Package: Annual CTC consists of Fixed Pay + Variable Pay.

Fixed Pay: INR Lacs to Lacs based on experience / merit. (Consists of Monthly Basic Salary + Allowances + Company contribution of PF + Premiums for Medical and Personal Accident Insurances).

Variable Pay: There is potential to earn variable pay as much as fixed pay and more. Consists of Sales Incentives based on individual performance. Our Incentives are among the best in the Industry. Variable Pay is disbursed every month along with Fixed Pay. There is no upper limit on Variable Pay Earnings.

Facilities and Allowances: Company shall provide Laptop and Allowance for purchase of Mobile Phone. Monthly Mobile phone Bill and local Conveyance expenses shall be paid by company.
