Also handled the tasks of checking premium records on a regular basis Assisted Insurance sales team in achieving monthly sales target. Provided support to insurance sales financial department and handled additional duties and responsibilities as requiredLife insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.Follow up with Operations of Banks.To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverable and company values.Required Skills:Excellent communication skills.Should be sales driven.High level of energy.

Sales Associate- Generate leads through email, cold calling, phone calls or any other forms of marketing. -Identify decision makers and set appointments. -Follow-up with potential clients on a regular basis. -Maintain relationships with current clients and grow our footprint where the opportunities exist. -Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and interact with clients in a professional manner. -Must have sales experience, preferably outside but consideration will be given to the candidates with inside sales experience in a commercial or industrial field. -Post secondary education preferred or a combination of high school diploma and at least one year of sales experience. -Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
