Conduct multiple activities in Employment exchanges, colleges to an extend though limited, Job fairs, reaching out to unorganized sector work force, etc etc within the location or outside location.b. Engage effectively with Graduates to ensure lead/enquiry generation.b. Relationship building with all Stake holders to generate database of eligible candidatesc. Extensive travel to outreach locations for lead generationsd. Create and Expand the base of locations by adding more locations every monthe. Responsibilities of candidates includes: Prepare marketing strategy and write action plans to attain specific objectives Measure, analyze and evaluate programs as required communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships promotional activities

Knowledge in foreign exchange , travel & tours, gold loan, insurance. lead generation, Good communication skills , go-getter , market knowledge

Communicating and visiting at key clients including follow up before and after meetings. Preparing and conducting product/service presentations for customers. Having up-to-date knowledge about company product and service. Daily reporting to the senior management. Preparing of reports and sharing with the management as when required. Completing of work in timely manner and with dedication and honesty. Assisting in procurement process and coordination end to end with supplier like price negotiation, designing and planning, etc. Responsible for promising sure comprehensible and clear quality, total reliability, and the highest satisfaction of the customer. Driving in activities to build overall efficiency in operational activities & reduce the turnaround time from order book to final delivery and completion of the job. Responsible for ordering, scheduling, and project management, until final hand over to the backend team for effective post-sales activities. Ensure set month sales booking and billing targets are achieved. Responsible for Site survey & finalization of projects, products and service. Responsible for timely payment collection from customers as per the payment terms. Supervision and coordination for project/sales execution. Any other activity assigned by the company. Estimated salary INR 12,000 to 15,000 per month
