You will NOT be engaged incold calling. You will only reach out to those who enquire with us. Address client queries, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction in successful sales. Follow up rigorously with NGOs to close sales. Collaborate with cross-function teams to ensure customer delight.What are we looking for? Required experience Fresher - 1 year of relevant experience in inside sales. Strong communication both oral & written in English. Speaking fluency in multiplelanguages is an added advantage. Experience in Sales preferably inside sales I.e. selling over the phone tobusinesses/SMEsExcellent analytical capabilities (fantastic on Excel) and an ability to graspthings fast.
