Job Description: Agency Vertical This role primarily focuses on building and managing a network of insurance agents to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and deliver excellent customer service. Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and mentorship to agents to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and performance. Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales efforts through team performance, setting and achieving monthly/quarterly sales goals. Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and agents, ensuring long-term retention and repeat business. Market Expansion: Promote and introduce HDFC Lifes suite of insurance products to new clients and potential customers. Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess agents' sales performance and provide guidance to meet targets and improve efficiency.Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance/financial services sector. Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on motivating and guiding agents. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents and clients. Sales Oriented: A goal-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales targets. Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree (preferably in business or a related field).Compensation: CTC up to 4.50 LPA (Fixed + Incentives based on performance).
