Task Prioritization Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP software. Good understanding of Reciprocating Air/Gas Compressors, Vacuum Pumps, Air Dryers, Filters, Electrical, and Pneumatics is preferable. Must have a valid driving license.Responsibilities : Lead generation & management Prepare proposals and negotiate deals. Acquire and maintain client relationships. Conduct field visits, introduce products, and understand customer needs. Participate in networking events and product exhibitions. Maintain files and well-organize recordsAdditional Information : We prefer applications from individuals residing nearby. Dip.in Macanical will be prefered.

Key Responsibilities : Deliverables : - Build strategic relationship with distributors, dealer and pump sellers primarily in South India - Driving revenue enhancement in the accounts though effective account management, along-with retention of the existing revenue - Augment solution selling, and drive new product penetration in emerging markets - Co-ordinate with the cross functional teams, both internally and externally (Partners, Vendors, Clients, etc.) to ensure business target achievements and meeting customer expectations on service delivery. - Ensure the account business target achievement on: Order booking, Revenues, Collections, New Account identification and Churn control Major Challenges : - To work in alignment with processes - To work on retention of existing revenue as well and grow new products. - Account Penetration & Product Penetration Demonstrate (Key competencies) : - Commercial Acumen - New Age Consultative Selling - Customer Service Orientation - Key Account Planning & Management - Presence - ability to handle discussions - Negotiation skills - Ability to devise creative ideas to attract the target customer's attention - Regular Follow -up
