Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities:Market Research:Carry Research for New Product market, all Competitors product research, target audience & its regions, Distribution research, process planning, Strategy building for new product sales & marketing in desired region.New Product Market Development:Responsible for developing and increasing market for company products in General Trade & Traditional Trade (small/medium stores, supermarkets, Kirana, retail and general stores, etc.) & Modern Trade (Dmart, Big Bazaar, Natures Basket, More, Dorabjees, etc. & Online Trade market (amazon, swiggy, dunzo, zepto, blinkit, etc. via Sales & marketing, Distribution Partners, B2b partners, etc.Data Maintenance & Compliance:Knowledge of tools & all norms for Maintaining, Tracking data For Sales Force, Distribution & Overall Management. (Like Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT, etc)Supervision:Will have full responsibility of sales & market developing for new products, distribution network establishing & b2b market establishing (General Trade, Modern Trade & Online Trade)Appointing & Tracking Distribution partners & implementing changes as and when required.Able to Manage Sales & Marketing Tasks in desired regions, Distribution Partners.
