Job Description: SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) ConsultantExperience: 6+ YearsLocation: Bangalore / ChennaiOverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAC Planning, Data Modeling, Performance Optimization, and Integration with SAP On-Premise and Cloud systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP Analytics technologies and proven experience delivering enterprise-grade planning and reporting solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSAC Planning & ModelingDesign, develop, and implement SAC Planning models, including data models, allocations, calculations, and planning functions.Configure SAC system settings, version management, data actions, multi-actions, and advanced formulas.Build interactive dashboards, visualizations, and planning templates.SAC IntegrationIntegrate SAC with On-premise and Cloud data sources using both:Live Data ConnectionsAcquired Data ConnectionsWork with S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA, and other SAP/non-SAP systems for seamless data connectivity.Performance TroubleshootingAnalyze and resolve SAC performance issues, including:Slow dashboardsLong-running queriesModel performance tuningApply best practices in performance optimization and model design.Content Lifecycle ManagementManage SAC content transport using Content Delivery methods (export/import, content networks).Ensure proper versioning, migration, and release management across environments.SAP Analytics & BTP ExposureWork with broader SAP analytics tools such as:S/4HANA Embedded AnalyticsBW/4HANA Queries/ProvidersSAP Fiori applicationsSAP BTP applicationsBI and visualization toolsCollaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions.Required Skills6+ years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud.Strong hands-on expertise in:SAC PlanningData modeling & system configurationLive & Acquired data connectionsSAC performance troubleshootingContent Delivery / Content TransportGood understanding of SAP ecosystems such as S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA, and SAP BTP.Preferred QualificationsExperience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting scenarios.Exposure to Analytics Designer, scripting, custom widgets (optional).Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.B.Tech/B.E/Computer Science or related degree.

Expertise in Python/R plus SQL & advanced analytics/Statistics Techniques such as general linear model, linear regression, Solve business problems & develop a business solution: Use problem-solving methodologies to propose creative solutions to solve a business problem. Recommend design and develop state-of-the-art data-driven analysis using statistical & advanced analytics methodologies to solve business problems. Develop models & recommend insights. Form hypothesis and run experiments to gain empirical insights and validate the hypothesis. Identify and eliminate possible obstacles and identify an alternative creative solution. Project management: Lead at least one client engagement independently. Execute end to end client engagements. Ensure regular client updates & meetings, stakeholder management, any failure or risk analysis of the project, data sources, tracking execution & success metrics is done effectively & efficiently. Client relationship management: Build deep client relationship, network & be a thought partner. Anticipate business problems & deliver par excellence. Sales Support & account growth: Actively focus on opportunities to grow the client along with the senior engagement manager. Support the sales team as required for RFPs and regular sales pitches Firm building: Contribute to firm growth by participating and conducting training sessions.
