Vendor & Payment CoordinationFollow up with vendors for order confirmation and payment confirmation.Collect payment screenshots and confirmed PO copies from vendors.Share payment proof and PO details with the accounts team for record and further action.D. Dispatch, Logistics & Delivery Follow-upCoordinate with the dispatch team to share transport details and branch office delivery addresses.Follow up with the dispatch team to confirm whether LR (Logistic Receipt) is received.Share LR photos with dealers to keep them informed about dispatch status.Follow up with dealers if material is not received on time.Coordinate internally to handle cases of material shortage or non-availability and ensure required changes or corrections are made as per situation.E.
