Minimum 3 years experience in Event industry
Job Responsibilitys:
Coordinating with event designers to ensure that the venue layout is appropriate for the type of event being held
Coordinating with security personnel to ensure that adequate security measures are in place during the event
Managing budgets and expenses for each event to ensure profitability
Ensuring that all staff members are properly trained to carry out their event specific tasks
Managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that deadlines are met
Providing customer service support to attendees by answering questions about policies or procedures
Overseeing event setup and breakdown to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly and efficiently
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Manage budgets and forecasts
Perform quality controls and monitor production
Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Desired Skills:
Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Experience budgeting and forecasting
Familiarity with business and financial principles
