Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Recruitment Lifecycle from JDs creation to the closing of the hiring position.Handle all the HR compliance including PF,ESI etcOversee the onboarding, training and exit procedures for employeesLiaise/coordinate with a number of manpower consultancies to recruit staffsArrange the end-to-end logistics for employee onboarding travel, accommodation, offer letter etc Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesEnsure and administer legal compliance throughout human resource managementManage attendance, payroll and benefits for all employeesDeveloping and implement employee training and development programsManage all the IT and data system of the HR departmentWhat You Should HaveQualifications:Must be a graduate/MBA with focus on HR Must have at least 6-7 years of work experience in HR Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google suiteProficiency in English and Punjabi
