Key Responsibilities
Manage the Recruitment Lifecycle from JD’s creation to the closing of the hiring position.
Handle all the HR compliance including PF,ESI etc
Oversee the onboarding, training and exit procedures for employees
Liaise/coordinate with a number of manpower consultancies to recruit staffs
Arrange the end-to-end logistics for employee onboarding – travel, accommodation, offer letter etc
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Ensure and administer legal compliance throughout human resource management
Manage attendance, payroll and benefits for all employees
Developing and implement employee training and development programs
Manage all the IT and data system of the HR department
What You Should Have
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate/MBA with focus on HR
Must have at least 6-7 years of work experience in HR
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google suite
Proficiency in English and Punjabi
