Khana Banao is hiring a Professional Chef responsible for planning, preparing, and serving food at client events. The role involves coordinating ingredient requirements with the Business Development Executive (BDE), ensuring dishes meet company standards for quality and presentation, and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness throughout the event. The chef will also handle post-event cleanup and share client feedback with the reporting manager. Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts (fresher or up to one year of experience) who can work efficiently in event-based environments and are willing to travel as per assignments are preferred.

Understand drawings - Layout , electrical, plumbing, tile and get the same executed atthe site or on the call with the contractors.4. Should be able to speak to the clients confidently regarding the same.5. Should be able to find errors at site or drawings and quickly get the same amended6. Excellent in communicating and documenting the same with the designers & draftsmen.7. Need to make the order on Excel8. Need to have constant follow up with all the manufacturers and vendors and get the PIfor approval9. Need to have the knowledge of checking and approving the Performa Invoice ( PI ) fromthe manufacturer10. Tally the material as per the quotation.11. Needs to make sure to get the project completed before the committed time.12. Should head the execution of the entire project single handedly and responsibly.
