Kitchen Project Head

1. Take site measurements.

2. Extremely knowledgeable to handle kitchen sites

3. Understand drawings - Layout , electrical, plumbing, tile and get the same executed at

the site or on the call with the contractors.

4. Should be able to speak to the clients confidently regarding the same.

5. Should be able to find errors at site or drawings and quickly get the same amended

6. Excellent in communicating and documenting the same with the designers & draftsmen.

7. Need to make the order on Excel

8. Need to have constant follow up with all the manufacturers and vendors and get the PI

for approval

9. Need to have the knowledge of checking and approving the Performa Invoice ( PI ) from

the manufacturer

10. Tally the material as per the quotation.

11. Needs to make sure to get the project completed before the committed time.

12. Should head the execution of the entire project single handedly and responsibly.
