Planning and Sourcing Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand specific staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.Design and Update Job Descriptions: Create clear, accurate, and appealing job descriptions that outline duties, required skills, and qualifications.Develop Recruitment Strategy: Determine the best channels and methods for finding candidates (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals).Source Candidates: Actively search for and engage with potential candidates, including both active applicants and passive talent who aren't currently job-seeking.2. Screening and Evaluation Screen Resumes and Applications: Review incoming applications to shortlist candidates whose qualifications match the job requirements.Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone or video screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication abilities, and cultural fit.Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.Administer Assessments: Oversee any necessary aptitude tests, skills evaluations, or assignments.Check References: Conduct background and reference checks for final candidates.3.
