Screening and Evaluation Screen Resumes and Applications: Review incoming applications to shortlist candidates whose qualifications match the job requirements.Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone or video screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication abilities, and cultural fit.Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.Administer Assessments: Oversee any necessary aptitude tests, skills evaluations, or assignments.Check References: Conduct background and reference checks for final candidates.3.
