collaborate with hiring managers: work closely with department heads to understand specific staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
design and update job descriptions: create clear, accurate, and appealing job descriptions that outline duties, required skills, and qualifications.
develop recruitment strategy: determine the best channels and methods for finding candidates (., job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals).
source candidates: actively search for and engage with potential candidates, including both active applicants and passive talent who aren't currently job-seeking.
