​1. planning and sourcing 🎯

​collaborate with hiring managers: work closely with department heads to understand specific staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.

​design and update job descriptions: create clear, accurate, and appealing job descriptions that outline duties, required skills, and qualifications.

​develop recruitment strategy: determine the best channels and methods for finding candidates (., job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals).

​source candidates: actively search for and engage with potential candidates, including both active applicants and passive talent who aren't currently job-seeking.

​2. screening and evaluation 📝

​screen resumes and applications: review incoming applications to shortlist candidates whose qualifications match the job requirements.

​conduct interviews: perform initial phone or video screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication abilities, and cultural fit.

​administer assessments: oversee any necessary aptitude tests, skills evaluations, or assignments.
