The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Key Responsibilities- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.- Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.- Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary structure, company policies, and joining process to candidates.- Schedule interviews with the concerned department/management.- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.- Coordinate the complete recruitment and onboarding process.- Achieve monthly recruitment targets.- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.- Maintain professional communication with candidates.Required Skills- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.- Good convincing and negotiation skills.- Ability to work with recruitment portals and social media.- Basic computer knowledge, MS Office/Google Workspace.- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Eligibility- Graduate in any discipline preferred.- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.- Previous experience in recruitment/HR will be an advantage.What We Offer- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.- Professional work environment.- Training and development opportunities.- Career growth opportunities.- Performance-based recognition and rewards.Interested candidates can share their updated CV and contact details with the HR team.
