Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.

- Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.

- Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary structure, company policies, and joining process to candidates.

- Schedule interviews with the concerned department/management.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.

- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.

- Coordinate the complete recruitment and onboarding process.

- Achieve monthly recruitment targets.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

- Maintain professional communication with candidates.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

- Good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work with recruitment portals and social media.

- Basic computer knowledge, MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

- Previous experience in recruitment/HR will be an advantage.
