Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration intothe company culture. Employee Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for employees to address concerns and resolveissues. Foster positive employee relations by promoting open communication and managingemployee grievances. Facilitate conflict resolution and ensure compliance with company policies. Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems, includingsetting KPIs and conducting regular reviews. Provide guidance on addressing underperformance and supporting employees'development. Collaborate with managers to implement performance improvement plans (PIPs). Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills,especially those relevant to the manufacturing processes. Develop initiatives to improve employee performance, safety, and productivity. Support career development and succession planning within the company. Compliance and Legal: Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies,especially within the manufacturing environment. Keep updated on legal changes affecting HR and ensure compliance across all HRfunctions. Manage audits and regulatory compliance related to HR activities. Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation programs, including salary reviews and benefitsmanagement. Handle queries related to payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related matters. Ensure compensation packages remain competitive within the manufacturingindustry
