Job Summary

• Oversee recruitment and hiring process for technical as well as non-technical profiles.

• Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills

• Contact references and perform background checks

• Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions

• Hire or refer qualified candidates

• Process paperwork

• Implement new sourcing methods (. social recruiting and Campus Hiring etc)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment along with a background in technical recruitment.

• Ingenuity to deploy creative recruitment tactics to accelerate hiring.

• Must be a graduate.

• Any background in hiring react and developers is an extra advantage.
