HR Executive will handle recruitment, employee management, and field staff coordination (ASM, DSO, sales team), ensuring smooth HR operations in a target-based sales environment.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Field Hiring.

1. Recruitment , training & performance appraisal .2. Computation of Monthly salary .4. Managing Audits & certifications of different government authority. (Fire,pollution, cgwa , metrological , weight & measure, etc.)5. Managing Security, surveillance department & housekeeping.6. Daily Coordination with all key departments of company (purchase,production , stores , Q.C , Q.A , IPQA, Dispatch , maintenance )7. Data entry & preparing various records with analysis.8. Managing monthly bill deposit of internet, electricity, water, mobiles, etc.
