HR Function Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (Recruitment) Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end selection process.Employee Relations & Culture Acting as a bridge between management and employees, resolving minor workplace grievances, and promoting a positive work environment and culture.Compliance & Administration Maintaining accurate employee records and databases, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and regulations, and managing documentation (e.g., contracts, offer letters).Compensation & Benefits Assisting with payroll processing, managing leave and attendance records, and communicating employee benefits and compensation packages.Training & Development (L&D) Identifying employee training needs, coordinating external trainers, and supporting internal learning and development programs.Performance Management Assisting in the implementation of the performance appraisal cycle (e.g., quarterly or annual reviews) and tracking employee performance.
